1. Get an estimate
Getting an estimate from our experts is easy. Visit any of our stores or websites.
In Store: Browse through our vast variety of slabs and samples, and pick out the best fit for your area. Remember to bring a couple essentials with you: a sketch with a layout & a few basic measurements; and lots of dreams – as we’ll surely aim to fulfill them all. Bringing cabinet, floor samples, or other things from your home helps in finding the perfect countertop.
Online: If you’re unable to visit, or just want a quick estimate, you can select materials from our website. If you send us an e-mail requesting an estimate, please be sure to include as many details as possible: measurements, layout, colors, placement of sinks/other cutouts, as well as any other information you might consider relevant.
In the end, the more information we have the better. This will ensure that your estimate is as accurate as possible.
2. Place the order
Once you’re completely satisfied with your estimate and selections, the next step is placing the order/scheduling the in-home template. Since every single one of our projects is custom, a 50% deposit is required to start the work. This deposit will be due on the day of the template. Also, bear in mind that the final price will depend on the final measurements, not on the initial estimate.
3. Schedule the install
Last but not least, we’ll have to schedule a day for our specialists to come out and install the countertops. In the occasion that old countertops are still present, please make sure that plumbing is completely disconnected from the sink before our specialists arrive. We strongly advise against reconnecting the plumbing for at least 24 hours. A standard kitchen install can take anywhere from one to three hours. An adult must be present all times. Once they’re done, you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the view! Then, start looking for backsplash… if you haven’t already! 🙂
